1. Choose your products

Start in the catalogue. Review images, product details and variants. For a bulk enquiry, note the product name or SKU and the sizes and colours you want.

2. Tell us how you want to buy

Choose a single-unit order or ask about bulk quantities. Include the destination and whether the purchase is for your business or for dispatch to your customer.

If you want bulk products purchased from SDB BUY held for later dispatch, include your expected schedule. This is an arrangement for our products, not a third-party inventory service.

3. Review the details

Confirm the products, quantities, price, destination, delivery charge and applicable terms. Checkout shows configured options for supported orders. Bulk purchases and holding arrangements may require a written quote.

Check your own import and marketplace requirements. No marketplace affiliation, approval, automated store connection or FBA preparation capability is implied.

4. Place the order and follow payment instructions

Use the checkout or the agreed written order instructions. Transfer only to the recipient shown for the order, then submit the requested receipt and transaction reference.

Manual payments are reviewed before fulfilment proceeds. An enquiry is not an order, and a receipt upload is not payment approval.

5. Follow preparation and dispatch

After payment verification, follow the order’s fulfilment status. Tracking details appear when entered for the shipment. Delivery estimates depend on the agreed destination and service.

For held purchases, use the dispatch schedule and instructions agreed with SDB BUY. Contact support with your order reference if anything changes.
